In this module, we will go over the topics and situations in which you will be responsible for finding out specific details about your state, county, and facilities. I can't cover all 50 states and the respective counties in this course, but I can point you in the right direction.

In module 3, we will go over the differences between jails and prisons and the difference between notarizing in either facility.

Let's walk through the different types of documents you may be asked to notarize in a correctional facility.

Marketing your jail notary services is much like marketing all of your notary services. There are specific marketing demographics to focus on and those that don't work.

In module 6 we will go over how to set up your fees, when to get paid, and everything else related to pricing your services.
